FILLED PTFE GUIDE STRIPS

Prevents metal to metal contact between piston/rod and bore/gland and absorbs transverse loads. Filled PTFE material gives good load capacity with low friction and stick-slip-free operation. Simple grove design protects critical sealing lips from contamination and dieseling effects. Cost effective, allows designers freedom in hardware material selection. Higher static loads are permissible.

FILLED PTFE GLIDE SEALS AND STEP SEALS

Particularly suitable for double acting and single acting pistons, in control cylinders in servo controlled systems, machine tools, quick acting cylinders and in earth moving equipment as there is a scope for short assembled lengths. Minimal break out and dynamic slide friction therefore no stick slip steady movement even at low velocities.

Paste Extruded Liner Tubes of Various thicknesses for lining steel pipes,
fittings and hoses (for both pressure and vacuum conditions) are
superior for lining applications because of:
